Pearly Cow Brighton

We had a brilliant time at this lovely new venue on Brighton Seafront!!! The cocktails and other drinks recommended to us by our fantastic waiter were delightful. The atmosphere was excellent and the restaurant had a real buzz to it. The lighting, music and Decor proved to be a classy, sophisticated environment. We ordered a variety of food, sharing a Chateau Briand amongst some other picky options. The food arrived quickly, the large steak was cooked to perfection and so juicy and tender. All the sides accompanied the food excellently. Whilst the price was not cheap, it certainly reflected the incredible service, quality and atmosphere you would expect to pay high prices for. All the servers while friendly, polite, helpful and attentive which added to our evening out! They were extremely professional and very well in-tune with the menu, being able to recommend drinks with meals and the flavor's / tastes we could expect. We will certainly be returning here many times, we are especially keen to try out the Roasts menu on a Sunday as the options available seem incredible and extraordinarily competitively priced to other, less well established restaurants in the area. We can't recommend this venue enough!!!

We chose Pearly Cow in Brighton to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and from start to finish, everything was absolutely superb! The service was exceptional—Cameron took care of us brilliantly, providing a perfect balance of professionalism, authenticity, and warm hospitality. The food and wine was outstanding, with fresh, beautifully paired ingredients that made every dish a delight. It truly felt like a special experience, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate. A huge thank you to the team at Pearly Cow for making our evening so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

This place is amazing! Their Sunday roast dinners are the best. Me and my partner loved it here. The staff are very attentive and lovely. We will be visiting here again for the main menu too. Thank you!

Newly opened on the Brighton seafront we decided to visit it for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We are mainly plant-based eaters and often get a bit frustrated by the poor range of choice. We’re not 100% obsessive and we will eat meat and fish occasionally. However, there was no problem at this restaurant as the selection of food was great. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the service defending this of the staff the atmosphere and the quality of food was superb. after the meal we were so impressed that we asked if we could be shown around the rest of the hotel. The bar area is really really nice and very relaxed. 12 to midnight and they seem to serve what looked like very nice dishes in the bar area. We will definitely be going there to try them out sometime soonhighly recommended not cheap but by the standards of quality restaurants I would say the prices were pretty fair.

We had the most wonderful birthday dinner at The Pearly Cow earlier this month whilst guests at the hotel. From start to finish, it was the perfect experience - thoughtful service and an atmosphere that's perfectly balanced between refined and relaxed. We started with tacos which were incredible, my husband particularly enjoyed the fish tacos. For mains, I had the slow braised rib of Sussex Wagyu and not only was the meat incredible but the potatoes were simply perfect. My husband went for the loin of cod and said the bacon absolutely made the dish. We ended the meal with the chocolate negus which was the perfect sweet treat to finish dinner. Throughout the night the staff made us feel cared for without ever being intrusive. We were never rushed, and it made it feel like they wanted us to savour the evening. I cannot thank them enough. Being guests at the hotel we came back the next morning for breakfast and once again The Pearly Cow succeeded! The breakfast was spot-on with high quality ingredients and the Greek yogurt was delicious as a starter from the Kick Things Off section of the menu. Overall, this place is an absolute gem and a restaurant Brighton has needed for a long time! If you're looking for somewhere for anything from a nice breakfast with friends to a Special Occasion dinner be sure to book in as it will be booked up fast!

Such a brilliant experience. I don’t think I’ve been to a higher end restaurant before that’s so child friendly. Can’t say enough good things about the staff or the quality of the food. Looking forward to returning for more of their incredible steak.

What a great night I had at the newly opened Pearly Cow. Beautiful hotel and dining room, great cocktails, delicious food and brilliant service. Atmosphere was great as well. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Portions are perfect as well and wine reasonably priced and great matching. Highlight for me was the skate and suckling pig main course and of course that ridiculous "chip" which of course wasn't a chip but layers of thinly sliced potatoes with dripping fried. Banging

Really great meal today at the Pearly cow Brighton. Staff all friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and we did not feel pressured or rushed despite us being close to closing time. Food was really good. Lovely short rib and the chips are incredible Will definitely be back!
